Honorable Arthur A. Maxwell, attorney for the New York and New Haven Railroad, has made arrangements to open an office in the State Mutual Building in Worcester, and will represent the interests of the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad in Worcester county. He has been a member of both houses of the Great and General Court of the state of Massachusetts, and for three years was also a member of the Governor's Council. He will be welcomed not only by the legal fraternity, but especially by the Dartmouth Lunch Club of Worcester county.

The annual Secretary's Letter appeared about the middle of August, and contains the latest information about members of the class.
