Hon. George H. Bingham, judge of the Supreme Court of New Hampshire, has declined the nomination for governor made by the Democratic state convention.
Prof. George W. Shaw of the University of California has charge of the cereal stations established by the state in various places, which have for their object the discovery and development of new types of grain.
