Pitt F. Drew has severed his connection with the firm of Powers and Hall, and has opened an office for the general practice of the law at Room 718, Exchange Building, 53 State St., Boston.

Leon E. Woodman has become assistant professor of physios in the University of Maine, at Orono. He was married at Herkimer, N. Y., Sept. 8, to Miss Mabel Pauline Van Horne.

Samuel J. Smith (T.S.C.E. '01) is assistant engineer for the Northern Pacific R. R., in charge of the construction of the Nez Perces and Cames branch, 55 miles, from Cul de Sac to Grangeville. Address, Vollmer, Idaho.
