Robert L. Burnap, who has been for the last two years and a half general freight agent of the Central Vermont railroad, with his office at St. Albans, Vt., has been appointed assistant general freight agent of the Grand Trunk railway system, and will have his headquarters in Chicago.
Walter S. Goss, non-graduate, has recently become business manager of the Montpelier Vt.) Daily Journal.
