Rev. Dr. Ozora S. Davis resigned February 14 the pastorate of the South Congregational church, New Britain, Conn., to accept the election to the presidency of Chicago Theological Seminary, the conditions which he set to his acceptance having been complied with. Doctor Davis has achieved a noteworthy success in his five years' pastorate at New Britain, and is everywhere regarded as one of the strongest men among the younger clergy of his denomination.

The firm of Blair and Thom has been dissolved, and Henry P. Blair continues the practice of'the law in the former offices of the firm, Colorado Building, Washington, D. C.
