DALEY BASEBALL CAPTAIN

For the first time since "Johnny" Glaze graduated in 1908 the football and baseball captaincies are held by the same man. Edward J. Daley '12, captain of the varsity eleven, was elected to head the next baseball team at the close of the 1911 season last spring.

Daley is a graduate of Dean Academy. During the three years he has played in the field for Dartmouth, he has been one of the heaviest hitters on the squad.

Daley's home is in North Stratford, N. H. He is a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity, of Turtle, and Casque and Gauntlet.
