In the place of the usual student head waiter in the Commons dining room, Mr. Fairfield has engaged Edward S. Cahill, a man who has had fifteen years experience in college dining halls and in the hotel business. Mr. Cahill formerly worked in Memorial Hall at Harvard, and in the Yale Dining Club at New Haven.
