CLASS OF 1886

Dr. Arthur Fairbanks, director of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, delivered the address of welcome to the members of the Classical Association of New England at their tenth annual meeting, April 9, held at the Museum.

John G. Thompson was given a deserved appreciation by the Journal of Education (Boston) in the March 18 number, in which Editor Winship referred to Mr. Thompson as "leading in the vitalization of education, pedagogically, professionally, and vocationally".
