FACULTY NOTES
December 1917

Professor R. W. Husband, who is serving as Secretary of the New Hampshire State Committee on Public Safety, has been officially appointed to write a complete history of New Hampshire's part in the war. Various men throughout the state have been chosen to aid him in gathering statistics from the different cities and towns. In Hanover, Registran H. M. Tibbetts will serve in that capacity. Because of the great pressure of his work Professor Husband has been obliged to resign his position as chairman of the district board of appeals at Concord.

Professor E. J. Bartlett was the principal speaker at the smoker of the Dartmouth Club of Boston, held in the banquet room of the City Club on the evening of November 23, the night before the Dartmouth-Brown game.

At the one hundredth anniversary of the Congregational Church of Norwich, Vermont, observed on November 20, Professor C. D. Adams delivered an address on "The Rural Church of Today and Tomorrow."
