At the field meeting of the Vermont Botanical Club, held at Sharon, Vt., last June, Harold G. Rugg was elected vice-president of the club. He was also elected one of the three vice-presidents of the Vermont Historical Society at its annual meeting held in Montpelier, and also a member of the book purchasing committee.
