We are pleased to be able to announce the formation of a partnership for the general practice of law, under the firm name of Roosevelt and O'Connor. Doubtless you have already guessed that O'Connor of this firm is our own D. Basil, the Roosevelt being Franklin D., former secretary of the navy. In our opinion both Mr. Roosevelt and Mr. O'Connor are to be congratulated.

George Hitchcock writes from Springfield, N. J., announcing the fact that Edward Bigelow was born on November 12 at the Overlook Hospital, Summit, N. J. Fine work, George!

Jogger Elcock writes from Atlanta, Ga., that he is assistant general manager of the Portland Cement Association, having six offices under his jurisdiction in the South. He says, "I have a wife and four year old boy. The boy gives promise of growing up into a pretty sizable individual. I will have him up in Hanover some day."
