One of the most delightful gatherings of the Association of North China was held on April when all the members resident in Peking and their wives were invited by E. C. Richardson 05 and Mrs. Richardson to a luncheon Party at their home in honor of Dr. E. H Lines '82, medical director of the New York ie Insurance Company, and Mrs. Lines There were present besides those already mentioned J. W. Hammond ;07, L. Y. Ho '11 and wife H C. Barnett '12 and wife, L. Y. Little 14 and wife, and F. H. Liao.
Dr. and Mrs. Lines were on a round-the-world trip, and stopped over for three days in Peking. The members had a most pleasant time together talking about the good old days at Dartmouth and at theee same time touching upon the problems of the College. Having gone through the same mills, as remarked by Dr. Lines, we all felt as members of one family.
The members were all grateful to Mr. and Mrs. Richardson for the opportunity of meeting Dr. and Mrs. Lines. Any Dartmouth man who comes to this part of the globe will always be welcome.
