He is a graduate of Dartmouth, class of 1914, also of the University of Chicago and Ecole de Sciences Politiques, France. The following from Sig. Larmon. "Five Fourteeners at the annual banquet of the Phila Alumni Association is worthy of report. Jess Stillman sauntered in from Wilmington, and Fred Weed made his first Philadelphia appearance from Harrisburg. Gum Sargent, who divides his time between life insurance and gazing at the ticker tape, was an addition to the party. Gum's business is in Philadelphia and his home in New Jersey. He is giving Ducky Drake, Johnny Hazen, and Roger Rice a close race for the 'too late for Herpicide' honors.
