the Secretary that he is starting for Western Texas soon after the middle of April, and will visit New Mexico, Arizona, California, Oregon, and Nevada, returning home (Washington, D. C.) about the last of August. He intends to call on Burbank early in May. Eggleston will be in New England this fall, and will see some of the class.
