CLASS OF 1925
Fred Smith takes the book-of-the-month as the correspondence prize for this issue, his epistle to the Secretary being the only one received during the last thirty days. Of course Fred had something to write about, as his engagement to Miss Marjorie Damon of Winchester, Mass., had just been announced. We extend congratulations. Fred plans to be married in January, and will live in Brookline. He is still with Frigidaire as district sales manager.
Seen at the Yale game: Justin Bugbee, Johnny Flynn, Monty Chapman, Johnny Whitman, El Lyman, Rodg Wyckoff, Tibi Marshall, Bob Palmer, Curt Abel, Carl Smith, Stan Smith from Rockford, Speedy Fleet and Bill Calvert, the Theta Delt twins, Morrison, Bob Pierce, Henson Jones, Bill Simms, Wallie Jordan, Eddie Hewitt, Guernsey, Disque, Bob Cubbins, and other Phi Delts, Bill Davenport, and many more.
Some of the above, plus Pinky Anderson, Butch Sailer, Walt VomLehn, A1 Perkins, and plenty we have forgotten were at Columbia. Harvard we didn't see, and nobody told us about it.
Lee Jamison is now with the Boeing Air Transport, Inc., and is located at Portland, Oregon.
Connie Kurtz is in the insurance business in Buffalo.
Stan Litchfield is with P. S. Mosely, New York city, disposing of bond issues.
Doc Tanzer is at the Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, N. Y.
Frank Akin has a good winter job, teaching and coaching at the Out-of-Door School in Sarasota, Fla.
Jack Packard, hotel business, is with the Middlebury Inn, at Middlebury, Vt.
Bun Manning, physician, is located in Worcester at the city hospital.
Tibi Marshall is with C. D. Halsey and Company, brokers, of New York.
A1 Perkins is with S. W. Straus and Company, New York, as sales promotion manager.
Butch Sailer is teaching in the Orange High School at Orange, N. J.
Clif Robinson is with the A. and P. in Springfield, Mass.
Wallie Jordan is still in the advertising field, but with the National Broadcasting Company.
Brad Smith is in the insurance line in Philadelphia.
S. S. Morris is dean of Kentucky State College, Frankfort.
Bill Sleigh, lawyer, is with Dunbar, Nutter, and McClennen in Boston.
