Ernest Staples Osgood '12 is the author of a book, "The Day of the Cattleman," published by the University of Minnesota Press. This book will be reviewed in a later issue of the MAGAZINE.

"Profits versus Price Cutting," addresses at a session of the annual meeting, National Association of Manufacturers, New York City, October 15, 1929, has been published in pamphlet form. These addresses contain "The Problem of Depressed Price Levels," by Leon V. Alden '18 and E. L. Woodworth; and "Can a Manufacturer get a Fair Price for his Products?" by A. A. Hadden '09.

"Notes and a Bibliography of Michael Wigglesworth's 'Day of Doom' and 'Meat out of the Eater,' " by Matt B. Jones '94 has been reprinted from the Proceedings of the American Antiquarian Society for April, 1929.

"Radical Velocities of 500 Stars of Spectral Class A," by Edwin B. Frost '86 and others, has been published as a Yerkes Observatory Publication by the University of Chicago Press.

"Problems for Research," parts 1, 2, and 3, by William D. Parkinson '78 appears in the issues of the Journal of Education for November 4, 11, 18, 1929. The issue of the same magazine for November 25, 1929, contains an article by Mr. Parkinson entitled, "Look into this Feminizing."
