Congressman Bill Rogers was the guest of honor and chief speechmaker at the New Hampshire Department of the American Legion convention in Berlin, N. H., recently. Even political critics must admit that Bill is a finished speaker and one of the best in the state today. One wonders if this is the same old Bill who used to skip debates in English 11 and 12 about twenty years ago!!
Kike Richardson was seen recently visiting his parents in Littleton, N. H. He also assisted in the opening of the football season at Hanover. Russ Chase was also seen at the Norwich game.
Augie Atwood attended the YD convention in Concord, N. H., this fall, but failed to recognize some of his old classmates, who were trailing him in the big parade as in the war. Augie had a new experience in hiking, and will of course be excused for the oversight.
Poor old Treasurer Tap has yet to be convinced that payment of class dues is a part of the New Deal. To any who have profited already from the return of Good Times this is a bold reminder that Tap would like to hear from you if he has not had that pleasure recently.
Stick Parnell is still at Pittsfield, N. H., in poor health. It is certain that a letter to him would help a lot. Just R. F. D. I will reach him. He needs some encouragement from you fellows.
To the modern class secretary "Vox Clamantis In Deserto" has a meaning not known to other Dartmouth men. It's up to you readers of this column (if they are any) to make yourselves heard before the next issue or the Secretary himself will go "In Deserto." If you are too modest to report your own activity, then give out the big news about some other '15ers. There ought to be so many secrets about such a real good class!!
Secretary, 18 So. Court St. Woodsville, N. H.
