Georgia Alumni Elect

The latest gathering of the Dartmouth Club of Georgia was held at the home of Hen Sturgess '17, retiring president, on Saturday, November 4. After listening to the disappointing report of afEairs at the New Haven Bowl, a buffet supper was served by the genial host to ten true and loyal sons.

At the short business meeting following supper Hap Jones '24 was elected president for the coming year. Alva Wilson '25 was elected secretary-treasurer, succeeding Ford Bowman '24. Songs, stories of yesteryear, and the laughter of Dutch Burnham filled the evening.

The club is eagerly looking forward to the visit of Dean Laycock or President Hopkins sometime during the spring.
