The St. Louis alumni have remained active throughout the summer in spite of the intense heat and the many vacations that kept people out of the city. Each Saturday at 12:15 luncheons have been held at the Mark Twain Hotel. While it is true that sometimes only two men would be able to make it, the luncheon was officially held without a single omission.
Starting the fall smokers, Max Waldsmith '33 entertained about thirteen alumni at his home Monday evening, October 1st.
Phil Glazer '34, captain of last year's football team, and Hugh A. Logan '34 were present as new members of the group. Phil is working for Famous-Barr one of the May Department stores and Hugh is studying to become a stellar salesman for the Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co.

Our luncheons on Saturday and smokers each month provide good opportunities to meet Dartmouth enthusiasts.
