A quiet month for '92 news.

Billy Emerson is on the program of' the Private School Association of Boston, meet ing April 14, with an address on "A New Program for Health Guidance in Private Schools."

Judge Bert Holland, at a special session of the court in the Judge's library, imposed a fine of $20 on Franklin D. Roosevelt Jr. for operating his Washington-registered automobile in Massachusetts beyond the 30-day period allowed by law. Roosevelt is a Harvard freshman.

I drove through Nashua the other day and tried to see Charley Noyes. I did not find him, but was glad to learn that he has resumed his duties, at least in part, and is gaining ground right along.
