"Bishop" Niles is the answer to a class secretary's prayer! His latest achievement is his appointment to the board of the Boston Y. M. C. A. A few more of Bishop's responsibilities are as follows:—He is a trustee of the Charlestown Five Cents Savings Bank, a director of the Wellesley Trust Company, a trustee of the Beacon School for Boys, and an active member of the Wellesley Hills Unitarian church.

Alfred W. White, father of "Al" White '07, died on Sunday, November 25, at his home in St. Louis. He was 88 years of age, had been a member of the Masonic order for 60 years, and was one of the first 33d degree Masons in Missouri. Mr. White is survived by his widow, two daughters, and two sons. "Al," as most of you remember. is advertising manager of the Brown Shoe Cos. of St. Louis.

Eighty-seven members of the class, something less than 50%, have paid class dues and have become subscribers to the ALUMNiMAGAZINE.
