Many thanks for all the Christmas cards, and I'm sure you all had one too.

That's not much news, but we're hoping it will elicit a letter from the Magee Charlie Babbitt, who without any question of a doubt attended the last Thirtyone dinner in New York at the Club, is with a photo-engraving concern in New York. .... Quite a nice turnout for the Thirty-one dinner at the Dartmouth Club last month, thanks to Charlie McAllister—so far these affairs have yet to produce a flop; everyone likes 'em and everyone wants more of them. Drop around the club when you're in New York and get a line on the date of the next one.

Forrie Norris just dropped in and will be here a few days. Haven't seen him long enough to get any news, but if he has any it'll be in the next issue. And now that the holidays are over, how's about a nice quiet moment with pen in hand?

Secretary, JO Mitchell Place, New York.
