The brevity of news from 'BB should show that the Secretary is trying to follow the advice of the editors. As a matter of fact, the snowbound Boston area seems to have dried up the usual sources of gossip. Perhaps the spring floods will let loose a torrent.

A fine letter from John Lew Clark, just received, is worthy of being printed in full, but since the report is now one day late in leaving Boston, it may never see the light of day. Pity the Alumni Editor, it's not his fault.

Clark, John Lew—As reported in an earlier issue, John Lew confirms the report of his resignation on account of fail- ing eyesight. His new address is 25 Elliott St., Exeter, N. H., not far from the parsonage where he has lived for fourteen years. The Secretary still hopes to be able to print John Lew's fine letter in a later issue.

Harlow—Report, unconfirmed, says that Mrs. Harlow was obliged to go to the hospital for an operation some weeks after Truman O. passed away. Later news will appear in next issue.

Gregory—The good old boy reports to Mrs. Cate that he is feeling better than for four years.

Lougee—As lively as ever, or as lively as snowbound Maiden will permit. "Winnie, his wife" says Maiden should be a good sales prospect for snow removal equipment.
