The new luncheon club established by the Dartmouth Alumni Association of Boston at the Parker House has met with great favor among the Boston group and is being extremely well patronized. Although it is open to all alumni every day in the week except Sunday, Friday has been designated as 1927 day. The classes of '28 and '29 also meet on that day, so you will be sure to meet many men who were in college with you if you will attend. Among those who have been making it a regular weekly engagement are: Rog Salinger, Dinty Gardner, Bob Mix, Bill Prescott, Bob Williamson, Frank Coulter, Gus Cummings, Phil Fowler, Charlie Bartlett, and your Secretary.
The annual dinner of the Dartmouth Alumni Association of Boston was held Thursday, March 7, at the Copley Plaza Hotel. The '27 men present were: Bob Sullivan, Sykes Hardy, Johnny Blanchard, Dinty Gardner, Bob Williamson, Phil Fowler, Gus Cummings, Charlie Bartlett, Jay Willing, Hans Paschen, Ed Johnson, Rog Salinger, Rog Bury, and Doane Arnold. Although this is a rather small turnout considering the number of classmates living in and around Boston, those who were present seemed to enjoy thoroughly the excellent program offered. President Hopkins and Judge Donahue, the two speakers, were both at their best. Bits of song and humor offered by Tiny Marsans and Joe D'Esopo recalled quite vividly some of the fun and entertainment of undergraduate days way back in 1927. In electing the slate of officers of the association for the following year our class scored quite heavily. Hans Paschen and your Secretary were both elected vice-presidents, Bob Williamson was elected director of publicity, and Dinty Gardner was elected to the executive committee representing 1927-
