Spinning Spheres a Story of Copernicus by Professor Eric P. Kelly '06 has appeared as a serial in the Portal and allied syndicate publications of Cincinnati, Ohio. Professor Kelly's Christmas Nightingale, dramatized by Mrs. Frazier Groff was produced December 27, 28 and 30 in the Drury Theatre of the Cleveland, Ohio, Playhouse. The story In Clean Hay in dramatic form was broadcast from WHAM, Rochester, during the Christmas period.

Walapai Ethnography by Fred Kniffen, Gordon MacGregor, Professor Robert Mc Kennan '25, Scudder Merkeel, and Maurice Mook, a monograph of 293 pages, has been published as Memoirs of the American Anthropological Association Contributions from the Laboratory of Anthropology I.

Cooperation between the InterstateCommerce Commission and the State Commissions in Railroad Regulation by Dr. Martin L. Lindahl has been reprinted from the January, 1935, issue of the Michigan Law Review. This paper is a dissertation submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy, in the University of Michigan.
