Thurman Brown '06, and S. Z. Wormser '27 showered themselves and their Alma Mater with glory recently when they won the Dutton Bridge Trophy for the pair championship of the Intercollege Clubs Bridge League, a title fully as impressive as it sounds. Both men were very modest about their achievements. "It was luck, pure luck," they said, "we just happened to hold good cards. But listen, there was one hand—East held the Ace, King, Jack, ten of spades, the King and Queen ."
