THE DARTMOUTH SKI CLUB of New York will inaugurate a promising new season at the Dartmouth Club on Thursday evening, December 10. After an informal supper at 6:30, the gavel will fall at 7:15 to open a short meeting devoted to organization formalities and discussion of plans for the winter. Rumor has it that Messrs. Hadlock, Hitchcock, and Chandler drafted a Constitution at a recent all-night session, and that the members will vote on adopting and forever defending it. All the old members will be expected together with any other Dartmouth men who are interested and guests of both sexes.
When the meeting grows tedious, all present will adjourn to the evening performance of the North American Winter Sports Show at Madison Square Garden. This spectacle will offer ski-jumping, downhill and slalom exhibitions by the best American and foreign skiers, including Charlie Proctor, as well as skating, hockey, dog sledding and other activities. Be sure to communicate with the Dartmouth Club in order to assure yourself a seat with the Dartmouth group.
