NORTHERN CALIFORNIA MEN will congregate at the Town Club of San Francisco, Dartmouth Night, Feb. 14. About 40 will be present to lend a hand in Hanover's rededication of Dartmouth Hall.

Through the generosity of the Sierra Ski Club of Berkeley and, specifically, two of its Dartmouth members, SELDEN SMITH '97 and FRANK WENTWORTH '03, we are invited to return to the scene of our previous snow parties at Norden, near the summit of the High Sierra, on February 29 and March 1. Latest reports show depth of snow 103 inches .... temporary headquarters of the Dartmouth Alumni Outing Club by the Golden Gate.

To many Dartmouth men the game of Rugby does not mean much. American football has been so popular with the present generation that it becomes somewhat of a job to build up an audience for Rugby. We have one Dartmouth man, however, in our Association who is a Rugby expert—DR. DAN LUTEN '29. Dan has organized a team of Berkeley boys, playing under the name of University Club. Up to last week they had not lost a game. Enthusiastic Dan brought a lot of pictures to a recent Monday luncheon and after his talk we admit we might get out and attend some of the games that are now going on.

CHARLIE MILHAM '06, now from the East, is making a California tour and has so planned his Northern California itinerary to permit of his joining us at luncheon, Monday, February IO. Many of us remem- ber Charlie for all the great stories he could tell about Southern California—a duty at the time as head of the All-Year Club. His persuasive talk this time may lead us all back East.
