A new descriptive booklet of Dartmouth College, published as Number Five of the revised Dartmouth College Bulletin series, is now being distributed to alumni and interested persons, and may be obtained free of charge by writing to the Registrar of the College. If alumni wishing booklets sent to other persons will send names and addresses to the Registrar, booklets will be mailed directly from Hanover.
The bulletin, A Description of Dartmouth College, was designed to meet the requirements of the usual person who, desiring general information about the College, requests a catalogue. On the principle that the interest of the prospective applicant for admission would be more fully met with the incorporation of illustrations along with descriptive material, the new booklet contains 32 pages of recent Dartmouth views along with 75 pages of reading matter. Phases of the College which are treated include history, purpose, student body, location, curriculum, associated schools, freshman studies, faculty, admission, room and board, college expenses, financial aid, athletics, outdoor life, student health, undergraduate activities, social life, the college plant, and alumni relations.
