THIS YEAR, AS usual, the club held, during the College spring vacation, a dinner for the fathers of sophomores in this locality. Ernest H. Earley 'lB who was in charge of the dinner staged a very excellent affair. Ort Hicks '2l showed the latest moving pictures of Hanover and Professors Stearns and Lanphear brought the fathers in closer touch with their son's activities at Dartmouth.

The class dinners this spring have been very successful with 'O6, 'l6, '25, '27, '2B, '29, '32, '33, '34, '35, and the Tuck School having large turnouts at their dinners.

Thurmond Brown 'O6 and S. Z. Wormser '27 are responsible for the new cup at the club having just won the Dutton Trophy in the College Club Bridge League of New York Pair Championship by leading the field of some thirty odd teams. Two other teams from the club, A. S. Eiseman 'l2 paired with H. D. Halstead 'll, and J. F. Steeves 'll paired with G. C. Steeves 'll, also finished well up in the tournament. J. C. Hubbard '29 has just been elected captain of the club golf team for the coming year.

At the last meeting of the Board of Governors J. A. Davis '29 and E. E. Martin 'l9 were elected to the committee to nominate officers of the club and three new members of the Board for the fall election. The three other members of the committee, R. G. Burns 'l2, C. W. Graydon '25, and J. G. Hodge Jr. '29, were elected at the annual club meeting held Tuesday, April 28.
