ON SEPTEMBER 19, 1938, a group of Columbus alumni gathered at the City Club in the Virginia Hotel to renew friendships and to lay plans for an active organization.

The high spot of the evening was four reels of Dartmouth film; however, college songs and the "bull" were not neglected.

An executive committee composed of Kenneth Sater '2, Dr. Harold Wilson 'M96, Alpheus English 'l5, Rowland Wilson '34, and William Brown '33 was appointed to form a working nucleus for future meetings.

A radio smoker is being planned for a Dartmouth football game, and the committee hopes to have a 100% representation.
