ORGANIZING FOR what is confidently expected to be the busiest and most successful year the Association has enjoyed for a considerable time, the Officers and Executive Committee met on Monday, November 7, and elected the following officers: Pres.—-Harold C. McAllister 'l3, First Vice. Pres.—Richard T. Willis '22, Second Vice Pres.—Winthrop Wadleigh '23, Treas.—F. B. Edgerly '04, Sec.—Ken-neth W. Davis '24. The new Chairman of the Exec. Comm. is Jack Nelson '13 and the new members thereon: Reg Abbott '32, Bob Booth '22, Lee Hodgkins '20, Hubie McDonough '18, Bob Perkins '30, Bill Phinney '31, Bill Stearns '30.

Preliminary plans were discussed for accomplishing the three major objectives of the Association year: The Joint AlumniUndergraduate Luncheon Saturday, December 31; the Annual Dinner in midJanuary and raising the contributions necessary to bring the Manchester Alumni Student Loan Fund to the desired figure before June 1939.
