THE NORTHWEST Dartmouth Alumni Association resumed its semi-monthly luncheon meetings in September. These meetings are held on the first and third Thursdays of each month in the Egyptian Room of the Donaldson Building in Minneapolis. Visiting Alumni are always welcome at these meetings.

The summer picnic was held at the summer home of Mr. Henry Thrall '05 early in July. It was attended by both undergraduates and alumni.

The meeting of the Executive Committee was held at the home of President John Norton '08 in St. Paul on Wednesday evening, October 26.

Preliminary plans were made for the holiday smoker, an annual event held during the holiday season to bring the alumni and undergraduates together and to bring in the applicants who are interested in enrolling in next year's freshman class, together with their fathers.

Plans were also agreed upon to appoint assistant secretaries in Fargo, Duluth, and Rochester and preliminary arrangements were considered for the annual banquet to be held in February.
