The meeting of the "Parker House Gang" (as it has come to be called) was made significant last month by the attendance of none other than Frank A. Griffin from Haverhill, Mass. It is hoped that he will become a regular. If P. Marden and K. Knowlton come down from Lowell, why shouldn't Frank come down from Haverhill? The chief event of the meeting was the contest between Matt Jones and Bud Lyon as to who could tell the taller story about their early days in Waitsfield and Peru, Vermont, respectively. They alleged that they got these stories out of some history or other, but, of course, nobody believed that.
If you go to Somersworth, N. H., and look for the class treasurer, don't think that he has absconded. He is just on his annual hike to Florida. If you go to Vero Beach in that state and look for him, you will probably find him digging a ditch around his orange grove, aided and abetted by several negroes and one or two white men. Of course, if you want to reach him by mail you had better make the address—Corner 19th St. and 23d Ave., Vero Beach, Fla.
Speaking of addresses, word comes that Robert L. Burnap now can be officially reached at 2150 Lincoln Park West, Chicago, 111., and that Quincy Blakely's winter home is 580 Mayflower Drive, Claremont, Calif. Here, according to what he writes, he and Mary are having one of the times of their young lives.
