Thirteen members of the senior class were inducted into the Dartmouth chapter of Phi Beta Kappa at the annual banquet of the, national scholastic fraternity on March 4. Prof. George Lyman Kittredge of Harvard spoke on "Macbeth" at the meeting held in Thayer Hall.

Those elected to membership were Raymond R. Ammarell Jr., Upper Montclair, N. J.; Robert H. Frese Jr., Scarsdale, N. Y.; Albert J. Hawkes, Arlington, Mass.; John M. Hirst, Concord, N. H.; John F. Kindergan, River Edge, N. J.; Asher B. Lans, New York City; Edward N. Lorenz, West Hartford, Conn.; Harold F. Rasmussen, Scarsdale, N. Y.; Francis X. Reilly Jr., Westboro, Mass.; Samuel Simons, Brighton, Mass.; Arthur T. Soule Jr., Waban, Mass.; Eugene B. Warner Jr., South Bend, Ind., and Leslie R. Webb Jr., Springfield, Mo.
