ALTHOUGH NEWS was received too late to put in the last issue of the MAGAZINE it can now be told—on April 28 Louisa Burk Tragle first saw the light of day, and spied a grin on papa Tragle's face which to this day is very much apparent. . . . .Our President, Jim Rick '31 copped the headlines in June. He formed a lifetime partnership on June 30 with Miss Virginia R. Poole in Cohasset, Mass......

Harvey "Shorty" Gray '19 changed jobs during the summer and is now with the Patchogue-Plymouth Mills in Plymouth, Mass. All of us will miss him. We have also lost Dr. John L. Morrison '35 now in the Rhode Island Hospital in Providence and Bob Eiche '25 who has been transferred to Altoona.

Three newcomers to the group are William S. Deak '18 national claim adjuster for the American Casualty Company of Reading, Bob Clymer '39 who was graduated this past June and Howell D. Chickering salesman in the cellophane division of the DuPont empire.
