AT THE NEXT MEETING, the politicians in the club will be able to show their stuff without reserve. It seems that we will hold our annual election of officers. President Jim Rick '3l has appointed a nominating committee consisting of Hugo Gumbart Jr. 'l6 chairman, Carl Erdman '37 and Bob Simonds '25.

The battle of the ballots will undoubtedly be waged in Bethlehem. At that time you can throw out all the present officers merely by marking an X on a small piece of paper. Excess verbiage will be unnecessary. What a Utopia!

Andy Marshall '22, and Mrs. Marshall visited Jim Rick one pleasant Sunday evening about a month ago. He expected to leave on a business trip to Chicago just about two days prior to Dartmouth night and could not promise definitely to be on hand. Ken Smiley could not attend either, due to a business trip planned long before the Dartmouth Night date was set by Palaeopitus.

Bob McHose '32 is the proud daddy of Robert E. McHose 2nd, born on October 6th. Our congratulations, Bob. Another new arrival in our midst, but not quite as young is Ken Simonds '25, now connected with Jackson and Moreland, Allentown. Ken was on deck on Dartmouth Night—a swell guy.
