THE ANNUAL MEETING of the club was held on Dartmouth Night at 6 P.M. at the Nashua Country Club, with thirtyseven members present.

After an excellent dinner the business meeting was called to order by pres. H. I). Stillman 'l7. Pres. Stillman reported on the results of the Glee Club Concert, sponsored by the club in the late fall, and while the net proceeds were not as large as had been anticipated, the affair was a decided success from the standpoint of entertainment and publicity for the College. The proceeds were placed in a special account, to be added to from time to time and turned over to the College as the nucleus of a revolving loan fund. The report of the treas. Donald F. Sawyer '21 was presented and after subjecting him to good-natured kidding it was voted that the report be accepted.

The nominating committee brought in the following list of officers for the coming year: pres., Dr. Norman W. Crisp '21; vice pres., Edward B. Downey 'go; sec., George F. Thurber '11; treas., Donald F. Sawyer '21.

The Secretary cast one ballot for the officers nominated, and pres. Crisp assumed the chair. He introduced Dr. John F. Gile of the Medical School faculty who addressed the meeting comparing old Dartmouth with the College as it is at present. The opinion is that the talk was the most interesting which the club has listened to for years.

Following the principal speaker sports movies were enjoyed and according to tradition, the members gathered around the keg for an evening of harmony, ending with the Dartmouth Song.
