THE ASSOCIATION is coming along fine. We now have our officers and committees picked. We have had three successful meetings, getting thirty or forty out to each meeting. Our next meeting will be a spring golf tournament or some sports affair. Dick Remsen made us very comfortable at the Cherry Valley Club in Garden City last meeting and our group appreciated it. Our officers are President Jigger Pender, Ist Vice President Dr. Allison, 2d Vice President Ort Hicks '21, Secretary Art Keleher '27, Treasurer Rudy Preuss '27. Our Executive Committee is headed by Henry Collins '18—School Committee by John Shaw '27—Entertainment Committee by Ed Earle '17. We have the distinction, I believe, of having the only Fathers Committee of all the Alumni groups, headed by Bill Coulson hon. '18, who has rallied the fathers to aid us and the College. I still feel there are more Dartmouth men on the Island that we can't seem to get hold of, so if they will send me their names and address after reading this, as many did after reading the last ALUMNI MAGAZINE, I'll see they know about our meetings. Bill Coulson (25 Jefferson St., Garden City) will be glad to hear from the Dartmouth Fathers, I am sure.
