ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 20, the annual dinner meeting and election of officers was held at the Genesee Valley Club. The nominating committee, composed of Sid Backus '11, Ernie Turner '33, and Fritz Lawson '26, submitted to the electorate a new backfield consisting of Ken Knapp '11, President; Harold "Red" Drake '32, Vice President; Jerry Dutcher '33, Secretary; and Phil Whitbeck '33, Treasurer. The steam roller went through.

Having missed the April issue, the Secretary has removed the bandages from the index finger of his right hand and set up the typewriter that wrote so many lousy themes for Dean Chamberlin in 1929.

The high spot of the annual dinner was the presence and contributions of Eddie Chamberlain '36, Bob Strong's assistant, Jay-Vee coach, assistant backfield coach, scout, and speaker (apparently a jack-atall-trades, and good at them all). Eddie gave an informative talk on educational and policy trends and concluded by showing several football pictures with running commentary thereon.
