Classmates at the Boston Alumni dinner were Art Lewis, Art Soule, Pete McCarthy, Perc Gleason, Paul Vaitses, Jack Everett, Art Rotch, Jack Corcoran and Bill English. The 'OB table was farthest from the entrance to the Copley-Plaza dining room, so some classmates may have missed the group. But it was also nearest to the bar, so plenty who are not classmates barely missed this table. Seemed like somebody was climbing over it all the evening.

Last fall '08 got in line with most of the classes in 100% subscription to the ALUMNI MAGAZINE. To accomplish it 18 classmates agreed to make up any deficit caused by failure of every classmate to subscribe. There are 163 in the class and 90 of them paid. That left 73 subscriptions to be paid for by the guarantors, which figures about a $6 assessment on each. More 'OB men bought and paid for the MAGAZINE than ever before. Everybody had a chance to read it and presumably did read it, all of which is encouraging. But the 73 who didn't contribute anything raises a doubt and at this writing we can give no assurance that there will be another guaranteed 100% distribution next year. If you have ideas, suggestions, or perhaps a check, send them to A. L. Lewis at 125 Walnut Street, Watertown, Mass.
