For the first issue of our MAGAZINE for 1941-42 the secretary must record the deaths of Ladd and Prichard, not unexpected to those who were at our Fiftieth.

Of Ladd it can truly be said he had the affectionate respect of all who came to know him.

Classmates recognized in Prichard an unusual sweetness of character which can well be called friendliness.

During the summer notes have come from John Abbott who spent a short time at Phillips House on account of a severe cold, Burbank who says he is not very well, Dearborn who while only in the class our senior year, has always had much interest in the class, Sturgis who now tells he went to school a short time in Charlestown, Boston.

Also pleasant acknowledgments of our booklet from Mrs. Colby, Mrs. Watkins, Mrs. Eggleston, and John A. Plummer.

Through the Alumni records' office comes the information that Clarence H. Willey is now living with his daughter Mrs. Willard H. Ward at 31 Mt. Pleasant St., St. Johnsbury, Vermont.

Secretary and Treasurer, 80 Federal St., Boston, Mass.
