AN ENVOY from Hanover is always most welcome to the Dartmouth contingent here, and Dean Neidlinger, as guest at our February meeting, was no exception. It was a great pleasure to make, or renew, acquaintance with him, and to have our knowledge of and interest in Dartmouth today quickened by his presence. In his informal talk he dealt chiefly with the firmer policy of the College in the field of student discipline, the effects of the Selective Service Act, and student reactions to the problems arising out of the war. Then we kept him busy till a late hour answering a fusillade of questions on various phases of Dartmouth life and policy.
