ON THE STRENGTH of early enrollment, which is far ahead of that of any previous year, Chairman Herbert W. Hill of Hanover Holiday expects a record-breaking session of the alumni college in Hanover from June 16 to 21. More than fifty alumni, many from the younger classes holding reunions on the week-end after Commencement, have already signed up.
With the addition of Prof. Frank Maloy Anderson of the History Department, who will speak on "The War," the series of nine faculty lectures has now been completely arranged. Special interest will attach to the lecture by Professor Anderson, who retires this year, and the same is true of the Hanover Holiday talk by Prof. John M. Mecklin, who also ends his teaching duties in June. Professor Anderson's talks on the European and Far Eastern wars have been highlights of previous sessions of the alumni college.
The complete program for the 1941 session is as follows:
Monday, June 16 8:30 P.M. PRESIDENT HOPKINS, Introduction. JOHN MOFFATT MECKLIN, Professor of Sociology, "Our Changing Democracy."

For the first year Hanover Holiday will have a dormitory, Hitchcock Hall, open at very low rates ranging from $2.00 for a single night to $7.00 for six to eight nights. The Hanover Inn is again quoting special Hanover Holiday rates for the five-day period, Monday to Saturday, ranging from $6.00 to 115.00 per person. A special daily rate of $2.00 additional for meals is also quoted by the Inn for Hanover Holiday enrollees.
A tuition fee of $4.00 has been set for the Hanover Holiday lectures, and the same fee has been set for the Children's Play School, which has been arranged for the convenience of alumni who wish to attend with all of the family. A recreational program is being planned for those attending Hanover Holiday and the special events of the second reunion week-end will also be open to "students" of the alumni college.
