Dartmouth Night was celebrated on Nov. 5th by a reception by President and Mrs. Hopkins to members of the faculty, to officers of the V-12 Staff and their families, to Dartmouth men in the V-12 Unit, to the civilian students and alumni. It was a happy social occasion for the thousand and more participants. On the way to Thayer Hall I teamed up with Ben Prescott 'OO, up, from Milford for the Columbia Game—Ben's batting average for all time football attendance is about .9995. We had a fine prewar Dartmouth evening. The Columbia Game attracted Sid and Mrs. Rollins up from Newport. It was good to spend some time with them again and learn that the entire family including eight grandchildren are in top notch condition

This year's Boston Round-Up was made highly enjoyable by the unexpected appearance of Rector Dutch Wylie, who has kept too much to himself for the last thirty nine years Tick Andrews who made his last appearance about ten years ago and Jig Leverone who thumbed his way from Chicago for an evening with the gang. Here's how they surrounded the table; Leverone, Wylie, Maguire, Slayton, Hobbs '3l, Hobbs, Sexton, Charron, Moulton, Kneeland, Robinson, Sewall, Mower, Rolfe, Andrews, Lampee, Uniac, Gale, Bullock, Woods, Austin. Most of the present and postwar problems were discussed and laid on the table, but the interest in a reunion in 1944 was genuine and it was decided that our fortieth should be celebrated next year and that plans for the event are to be in the hands of a reunion committee to be announced soon by the secretary. Time and place will be chosen later. Boyle, Sturtevant, Woodbridge, Bolster, Brewer, Johnson, Davis, Rollins and Bartlett indicated their interest in the Round-Up which they could not attend and wished to be remembered to all the Class. The Cornell Game the following day was very satisfactory, from our viewpoint.

Beck Johnson is working on the National War Fund Drive in the four Western Massachusetts counties; his daughter Charlotte is in Italy nursing and Brayton's daughter is a nurse in England.

Squid Lampee staged a one-day one-man reunion in Hanover during the late summer—Wah-Hoo-Wah for the Band, Aegis and Chuck and Parrot.

Last July Bill Robie joined the grandfathers when a daughter arrived in the family of Lt (jg) and Mrs. William J. Roby. William was probably somewhere in the South Pacific at that time, and very likely has not seen his daughter yet. Bill's son John is in the Ski Troops, somewhere. Don Kimball's address is changed to Room 202, 93 Massachusetts Ave. Boston (15) Mass.

If you have not sent Beck information concerning members of your family in the service, please do so in the near future.

Secretary, Canaan Street Lodge, Canaan St., N. H Treasurer, Morristown, N. J.
