Government War Work

SINCE PUBLICATION of the list of 251 Dartmouth men doing full-time war work in our last month's issue several more names have reached the Alumni Records Office. The addition of the following 14 alumni in civilian war work raises the total to 265, which added to the number in the armed forces, makes a total of 4800 Dartmouth men on full-time government duty in addition to hundreds of others who are devoting much of their time to the work of local draft boards, rationing boards, ARP and other vital civilian activities.
