WILBUR C. MUNNECKE '27 is in chargeof putting into operation the Army's specialized. training program for college students.He is Deputy Assistant Chief of Staff for Personnel, Services of Supply in the War Department. When the General Staff assigned the newArmy Training Program to the Services ofSupply the task of executing the plan wasmade the responsibility of Mr. Munnecke. Hewas, until called to Washington last fall, vicepresident and general operating manager ofMarshall Field & Co., Chicago.
