THE 32ND ANNUAL MEETING of the 1 Cheshire County Dartmouth Association was held in the private dining room of the Eagle Hotel, Keene, N. H.. on Friday, January 7, 1944- Twenty-eight members and guests were present. President Donald Ewing '3l was in charge of arrangements and presided at the meeting.

The election of officers resulted as follows: President, Donald Ewing '31; VicePresident, George Kingsbury '38; Secretary-Treasurer, Russell G. Putney '22; Vice-President Pro-tem, Fuller Ripley '33; Secretary-Treasurer Pro-tem, Forrest T. Hall '03.

Executive Committee—David Putnam '36, George Holbrook '28, Richard Holbrook '17.

Examining Committee—Charles B. Knight '13, Frank Huntress '17, Nathaniel H. Batchelder '03.

The guest speaker of the evening was Charles B. Arthur '34, business manager of the Dartmouth College Athletic Council and hockey coach. He described campus life and athletic activities of the season. Moving pictures of the Dartmouth Pennsylvania game were shown with comments by Mr. Arthur.
