The secretary has communicated with Lord, Bugbee French and O'Brien regardirfg a Fiftyfifth Reunion. The word from these members of our executive committee is that all are favorable for the secretary to make arrangements for the class with the College authorises. A little doubt in the minds of two as to whether they will attend, but that is a detail to be ironed out as time goes by. Anyway, here 's the word from your secretary—keep the event in mind and plan to attend.

A letter from Mrs. Mae Fields Hopkins tells of the passing away on October s of Herbert Salisbury Hopkins. A short sketch will be fo»nd under "In Memoriam."

Bugbee writes interestingly of carrying on f0r his son, Bugbee's Flying Service at White River Junction while the son was with the United Aircraft testing Sikorski Helicopters, and the manager was called into the Ferrying Service. Now both the son and the manager are back and Bugbee is again on the farm in Tunbridge feeling in better health than he has for twenty years; and, while he does not take stairs two or three steps at a time, neither does he drag his feet on the level. He reports that O'Brien entertained his Rotary Club last summer as he had done the two summers past. He says, "O'Brien has been our popular entertainer."

A letter from Mrs. Sid Walker tells that Sid is a semi-invalid, but apparently eats and sleeps well and tries to do some work on their place at 404 Portlack Road, Honolulu, 49- Hawaii. Kate writes as follows:

"Hastings (1921), high up in the medical profession, and Grant, or Sidney Jr. is in California, being assistant manager of a new concern that he likes very much and it appears to be a business that will grow fast. Our three grandchildren (Hastings' Adorables) are very smart and grow like weeds, so fast, in fact, that when they come out each week to see1 us, we can hardly realize how quickly they change from mere infants to almost adults!"
