ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 5, the club held its annual golf party at Plum Brook Golf Club which was attended by some 20 members. Rem Ryder '35 had low gross with 79. Jim Tracy and Don Williams, both of the class of '36, tied for second with 84. The cash in the kicker's prize was won by Dick Brown '29 while the case of ale donated by Prexy Dave Campbell '36 was won by the writer who then conducted a very successful raffle for said case, the winner being Dick Brown again. Cries of "fraud" were promptly squelched.

We are still in the process of renewing old ties with our servicemen, the latest of whom to return are George Crooks '25, Horace Brown '28. Graham Ong '34, Walt Kohn '39, Eliot Reynolds '39, Charles Stack '39, and Tom Jardine '41.

Arrangements are now being made for our midwinter banquet to be held January 22, 1947 at the University Club. Additional details will be sent all club members before that time which will include the name of the speaker coming from Hanover.

December 23, the Dartmouth Hockey team is scheduled to play Michigan at Ann Arbor. Plans are under way to organize a cheering section to support the team that night. We hope that many of the members will be able to attend.

Don't forget the weekly luncheons at the Olde Wayne Club, Monday noons.
